hp999 FAQ — Your All your questions Answer

With two-step verification (2FA) enabled, even if someone gets hold of your password, they still can't access your account — because the second step requires an OTP sent to your mobile. hp999 strongly recommends keeping this turned on.

Steps to enable:

1. Log in to hp999.
2. Tap the profile icon in the top right corner → go to "Account Settings".
3. Under the "Security" tab, look for the "Two-Step Verification" option.
4. Click the "Enable" button — a confirmation OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number.
5. Once you confirm with the OTP, 2FA will be activated.

After this, every time you log in from a new device or browser, an OTP will be sent to your mobile and you'll need it to access your account. You can still use your account without 2FA, but your security will be significantly lower. Enabling 2FA is especially important for anyone with a linked bKash or Nagad account.

If a match is cancelled or abandoned mid-way, hp999 settles bets in accordance with international betting rules. The detailed rules are outlined below:

If the match is completely cancelled: If a match is cancelled before any bets are placed, all bets are voided and the full stake is refunded. Refunds are typically credited to your main balance within 24 hours.

If a match starts but is abandoned mid-way: It depends on how much of the match has been played.

• Cricket: If a sufficient number of overs have been completed (per international rules), the result is determined using the Duckworth-Lewis method and bets are settled accordingly. If not enough overs have been bowled, bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Football: If the first half has been completed, some markets may be settled. If the full match was not played, bets are generally voided.

In-Play (Live) Betting: If a bet placed during a match covers an event that was completed before the match was suspended, that bet will be settled.

If you have any questions about the settlement of a specific match or bet, contact support with your bet ID.

Hp999 regularly hosts slots tournaments and Sports Betting challenges. The general rules are outlined below:

Eligibility:

• You must have an active hp999 account.
• Go to the Tournaments page and click the "Join" button on the specific event you want to enter.
• Many tournaments have a minimum stake requirement — usually ৳50 to ৳200 per round.

How the leaderboard works: Slots tournaments are typically scored by highest single win or total points accumulated. In Sports Challenges, more points are awarded for correctly predicting the most outcomes. After each qualifying bet or spin, points are automatically updated on the leaderboard.

Prize distribution: At the end of a tournament, top-ranked players receive cash prizes or bonuses. The prize breakdown — from top 10 to top 50 — is listed separately on each event's page. Prizes are generally credited to accounts within 48 hours of the tournament ending.

Go to the "Rewards" section from the menu to see the list of ongoing tournaments.

Odds are a number that tells you how much you'll receive if you win. hp999 displays odds in decimal format, which is straightforward for players in Bangladesh.

How to read decimal odds:

Formula: Total return = Stake × Odds

• Odds of 2.00 means: place a ৳100 bet and if you win, you get back ৳200 (profit: ৳100).
• Odds of 1.50 mean: if you stake ৳100 and win, you get back ৳150 (profit: ৳50).
• Odds of 3.50 means: a ৳100 bet returns ৳350 if you win (profit of ৳250).

What lower odds means: Lower odds (e.g. 1.20) mean a higher chance of winning but a smaller payout. Higher odds (e.g. 5.00) mean the outcome is less likely, but the reward is much greater if you win.

Before placing a bet: As soon as you enter your stake on the bet slip, hp999 automatically shows your potential winnings — no manual calculation needed. Just look at the "Potential Win" line to see exactly what you'd receive if your bet comes in.
